I, Aidan Dunne, received €7500 paid by , as a deposit towards the full payment of the following vehicle:

Vehicle referenced to be sold to the buyer Michael Mc Inerney , for a total balance price of €28500, buyer is to pay the remaining balance when the seller notifies him/her that the vehicle is ready for collection and they are in a position to hand over factual and legal possession of the vehicle. The buyer understands, acknowledges and agrees that if he/she fails to pay the seller the remaining €21000 due, the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. The seller hereby agrees in consideration of payment of the Non-Refundable Deposit to withdraw the above referenced vehicle from the market until the delivery date and to transfer Title of the vehicle to the buyer upon receipt of the remaining amount.
